A nationwide class action lawsuit has been filed against Vitamin Shoppe alleging that The Vitamin Shoppe broke the law by misrepresenting the amount of product or active ingredient than was stated on the packaging of some of dietary supplements.
In some cases, it is alleged that Vitamin Shoppe’s dietary supplements contained 50% to 85% less that what was advertised on their packaging.
