If you are a owner of a Volkswagen, Audi, or Porsche with a “clean diesel” engine car, you may be entitled to receive money from the car maker.  The law firm of Foley Bezek Behle & Curtis, LLP has filed two lawsuits again Volkswagen for installing devices to avoid detection of violations of the United States Clean Air Act.

Both lawsuit seek to obtain class action status and demand that Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche buy back the cars at their purchase price.

Volkswagen in an attempt to delay or even avoid a class action lawsuit in the emission test cheating  scandal is offering money to its US customers in the amount of $1,000.00.  $500 of the amount would come as a gift card and the other $500 is a credit for services or products at Volkswagen dealerships.
